Legal Assistant

Lillian Merchant is a native Houstonian who received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 2014. Following graduation, Lillian began her career working with at-risk youth in Residential Treatment Centers and as a Behavior Specialist for Klein Independent School District.

Lillian comes to the firm with a wealth of knowledge and experience from the Department of Family and Protective Services (Child Protective Services Investigator II), Health and Human Services (Child Care Licensing Inspector), Texas Department of Criminal Justice (Parole Officer), and Texas Family Care Network (Conservatorship Case Manager) with additional experience with the Montgomery County Children’s Advocacy Center and Huntsville Independent School District.

Lillian is proud to call Huntsville her home! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children building their family business or serving others in the community with her church.
